Rob is an industry leader in the field of retirement plan compliance and design. Prior to Crest Retirement, Rob spent 10 years building Martin Consultants from the ground up. Rob spent his employment career at both national, regional and local retirement administration and actuarial practices in Cleveland, Indianapolis and Columbus. His 25 years of experience has afforded him the opportunity to witness the evolution of the modern retirement plan. He was one of the first 50 to earn the distinguished IRS designation of Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent in 2009. He obtained his Qualified Pension Administrator designation from the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries in 1994.

Our purpose is to provide customized retirement plans and ongoing administrative services to small businesses. We leverage our knowledge of the industry rules and regulations in a manner that provides a retirement plan that is ideal for both the principals and the rank and file.
